My bf is quite sensitive n I can't let him know when Im unhappy without hurting his feelings. Can someone tell me how to tell him my thoughts abt the times when I feel that he is not spending enough time with me? Or not putting in enough effort to call me. He blamed me for it when I told him earlier n said I should change, what should I do?

I dunno how long have you been together. But as a couple, both of you have to be frank with each other. Yes, you maybe unhappy at times but do you think by not telling him this problem will solve? This problem will snowball into a bigger problem later. You have to tell him how you feel and not always think about hurting his feelings. if you think about hurting his feelings what about him? Does he thought about hurting your feelings 2? Dun keep it to yourself, express it out to him so that these sort of problems can be solved.

Let him know how you feel. You should not change yourself bcoz your boyfriend wants you to change. As a couple, your boyfriend should also accept your character and not ask you to change bcoz of his sake.

Why are you with him? People that sensitive are usually really insecure. They hide their insecurity by acting overly sensitive or overly aggressive (lose their temper too easily). If he's blaming you on relationship problems and telling you to change, then the best thing for you to do is break it off with him. Find someone you're compatible with. If this guy wants you to change, then he doesn't even like you for who you are! Get out now before things get really difficult.

sounds to me like he likes to blame you for everything you just need to tell him whats on your mind if he gets mad tell him that's how you feel and he needs to stop blaming you and if things don't change then you need to leave him alone

he sounds a little deffensive. You have got to spell it out for him clear and bold what you think and whose to blame. A relationship isn't one way, it isn't your fault.
