An older lady maybe 35+ that way she will be happy to get some and not so judgmental like some of the younger girls are. Plus she has probably been around the block a few times so she can teach him a few tricks.

he shouldnt be looking for an age range i think... i think that he should be looking for a female who he likes.and that likes him.they should get to know eachother and then the should do something if they are both comfortable...being a virgin at that age is ok i guess.

same age as him. Tell him to go out to the bars and start making friends. I was a virgin till I was 21. There is nothing wrong with it. He just needs to put him self out there and meet people. Tell him to Please not rush it. It will happen when its ment to happen.
