Their personality, I would rather go out with an ok guy with a great personality then an attractive guy who is mean and aggressive. But if I don't really see it, I look at their eyes. You can tell many things from just looking in their eyes.

Attitude and confidence. Someone who is confident always stands out in a crowd and automattically appears more attractive even if theyre not Brad Pitt. Then its they're eyes and smile.

if its across a room, it would be the way they look. if its at a counter or by accident, it would be the way they talk and introduce themselves...both take about 5 seconds to size up the person and you'll know if you want to pursue the conversation or not.
