When I had sex for the 1st time with my boyfriend I didn't bleed, even though it hurt so much. He found it very difficult to get into me. I cried a lot because of pain, but at the end he didn't believe me. He said I was not a virgin, because he didn't see any blood. I was swearing to him that he was the first man in my life, but he didn't believe me. We broke up after that.
It was terrible. Why did it happen like that? Is that smth normal?
I know that there are girls who do not bleed, but is that smth that happens ofter?

Sweety he didn't pop the cherry that's why you didn't bleed.

the first time i had sex i also didn't bleed, not even the second time, maybe it's coz we weren't having proper sex , we was still young!! but anyways the third time i did bleed, and i also never used to last long having sex as it do hurt a lot when you first start doing it.

not every body is the same, and it also depends on his size and how you make sex.

as for your ex bf, it's good that he broke up with you as he totally didn't deserve you!! you need a gentle man in your life, and not a looser who don't believe you!!! you need a man that will make love to you, and not just sex!!!

i hope you find the right partner but till u do becareful as there are plenty of man out there who think they know it all and they just don't. though keep in mind that there are also some kind hearted ones, so just be aware of whom ure about to share your body with, thats all. your body is precious, and not everybody deserves to have it. (wink)

good luck ...

Thats very common, some women have partial hymens and therefore when they are riped no bleeding occurs others on the ohter hand, bleed a whole lot. But your vaginal walls were very tight and the pressure of enlarging them does cause a lot of pain especially when your nervous and not lubricated properly, about this guy. You know what he's being ignorant and macho, **** him off. If he didn't realize you were in the beginning then he won't ever realize how special that moment was or how speical your love for him is, why waste your time. Find someone that cares and trust me the second time will be rather uncomfortable as well. Not that painful but uncomfortable. Try using a lubricant next time. Good Luck and habe a wonderful day...

It is completely possible, and you're boyfriend is a jerk! When the hymen breaks, that is what causes the pain and bleeding. But the hymen can break from lots of things, not just the first time you have sex. Therefore, your hymen could have been broken long before you had sex for the first time, but that doesn't mean that you are not still a virgin. Riding horseback is a good example of how it could possibly break, sports, an accident, etc. You're boyfriend is an unenlightened twit (in other words, he's stupid). Sorry you lost your virginity over him. Next time, save it till you are sure its something worthy, don't be too free in giving it out to just any loser.

I did not bleed either. Actually, it did not even hurt. But, I had been using tampons since I started getting periods 4 years earlier. I hate that he was such a jerk about the whole thing-he obviously has a thing or two or a thousand to learn. I know it does not help now, but consider yourself lucky that you see his true colors and move on.

Oh, just read some of the Answers you have gotten. YOU did not do anything wrong. For all the people with their comments about waiting, just remember this; "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone".

yes its perfectly normal... women and girl are much more active these days... You could have broken the Hyman... (this is the tissue that breaks when you have sex) while riding a 4 wheeler or horse and or anything rough like that... its a tender area that would be easily broken... they all arent the same either... some are very thin some are thick... it depends on the person... Long ago it was not proper for a woman to do highly active things like that... they rode horse side saddle it was lady like... They didnt do all the thing guys did, so they didnt have this situation occur... so YES ITS COMMON and NORMAL.... you might not have notice it happening if it was during your peroid or possible if you use tampons that could easily break it...

I think the issue is this guy... why should this be such a large issue for him... its rude and ignorant that he think this way... i think he had issues with the relationship before you had sex... he may have only dated to get your virginity... there are men that do that... its a big game for them... they are complete jacka$$es...

sorry it pisses me off. there are a bunch of men that make the rest of us look bad...

im sorry this has been your experience...i appoligise for my gender....

good luck in the future

It's normal, a lot of girls don't bleed. I think that some girls are born with a hymen and some aren't you can research that. Plus it could be a possibility that you broke it in a different way before you had intercourse. Don't worry about it, it doesn't make you less of a person or different from others. You're bf was a self centered, ignorant doofus. He should've known better than to react in such a way. He should've been appreciative of that fact that you chose him to be your first. At least now you know what he was really like. Keep ya head up!

Honey all I can say too U is "Bless Your Heart". I just REALLY hate that U gave Ur special gift to some jerk that OBVIOUSLY wasn't worth it. He doesn't know S*** about a womans body. Even though it may not seem like it @ the time it is a blessing that U too broke up. He doesn't deserve U.Any guy that would treat U like that after what U gave up for HIM U DO NOT NEED.Go find U a guy who will appreciate U for the special person U R and not just use U to get a piece.
U have alot of special qualities and sex is just a bonus for the right guy....Remember that......

Quite Normal But I suggest U go get UR self checked out.
The Man's a beast!
What's his problem?

If it was over being a Virgin, he's an unfeeling Ba5tard run the other way quickly.
Find a nice man, bide UR time & hopefully this 1 will treat U better than that nitwit!

Your boyfriend is a retard. In some cultures they're actually obsessed enough that the girl's family will have the girl sneak in a vial of chicken blood to spill on the bed afterwards, because while not all girls bleed, many girls in those cultures will bleed afterwards from a psycho husband killing them.

i am unable to find the article... but its true that its normal now a days for girls not to bleed the first time. dues to a lot of activities the girls do now a days... the thing breaks during the sports or out door activities ... so results in no bleeding the first time.

So dont worry.. Try looking for that article and send it to your boyfriend
