because there is no going back, and you cant try to carry on as normal and pretend things are ok. you have to face up to the fact that its over.i have been through a break up quite recently and i never thought id get over him but i have. i know it hurts like hell and you probably feel like you need her back, but you just have to be strong and try to move on. the best way for me to do that was to put on a brave face and just get on with things, try to keep busy and dont dwell on the past.

Dear,dear,dear:
memories of human brains last ,may be,100 years.Pain memories last longer, say 120 years. I understand your pain which is intermingled the memories of the good old days.Try the following:
# be productive:turn these destructive forces into help of the poor and needy,
#read books.I recommend S.Bronte"s(Wuthering Heights)
and
#walk a lot, particularly when it rains. No body will see your tears which may be as big as those of rain in tropical countries!!!!

When we as people go into relationships we give our whole lives and our hearts to who ever we are with..We grow comfy with them being around.....We want them around us at all times and when they are not there we feel empty and alone..
I am nto going to say it is all good or bad...
But you need to find something to fill your time...A hobby, a sport, something,It is a hard time to find out we are alone.
Just remember this is never remember anything......
True love is a hard thing to find if you are looking for it..and a easy thing to find of you just let it find you.....
If you are looking for ir....Like your lost keys, that paper for your final,,all that type of stuff. You will never find it...
If you just stubble across those items...It is so much better...Love is the same way...You have lost it and do not know where to find it...
It will find you one day...Do not rush it......
Enjoy life and relax.....

Its hurting because your life style (routine) is dramatically changed.
Before, everything was thinking in 'two's', now your obliged to think in 'one'.
The only thing that can heal this is time ....plus, you must help out by forcing thoughts out of your mind.
Do not allow yourself to dwell on him / her.
Keep yourself very busy.

For the one simple reason, you did not realise what you had going, were jealous of her talking to other boys, you tried to control her and hemmed her in. Better luck next time, if indeed there is a next time. Remember though, that 'it is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all'.................
