Will worrying control the outcome of a situation? Maybe if you ask yourself that question it will help. What is going to happen will happen and your worrying will not make one bit of difference. All that is happening now is that you're focusing your energy on something that makes you feel awful.

It may be a part of O.C.D., and/or Anxiety disorder, although I'm not a doctor. There are several behavioral exercises that may help, as well as, or in combination with medication. If it's either of these conditions, you are not in full control of these thoughts/ worries, so someone just telling you to 'just stop worrying so much' is useless. I would search the Internet about these 2 disorders and their symptoms, and see if either, or both sound like what you're feeling. If it is, there is help.

not by taking pills thats for sure. I have been stressfree most of my life, sure I worry, but why stress myself out if I cant do anything about it at the time? Why "people" worry or stress is so unbelievable. If you cant do or solve the problem then why worry
until that time arrises take care of it then, but not until then, you'll live so much happier then
