Its boiling hot! I'm really warm too... I don't deal with the heat well at all either, try having a cool bath and see if that helps, or go swimming! Hope you cool down soon =)

Maybe because its 35 degrees outside. Sit in the shade, with a iced drink and relax with not alot of clothing on, thats what i would do anyway!
