This just happened to a friend of mine and now she feels distance between them that the boyfriend does not feel. He thinks that everything is ok and she is not okay. She went from confusion to anger to just being sad. How is she supposed to deal with that request?

some men are not that affectionate, it doesnt necessarily mean he doesnt like her, just that she kisses him too much, her feelings are hurt and it is natural to take offense to that. if he says everythings ok then maybe they are

It doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't like her as much as she likes him. Maybe he just has a problem showing affection. That might be an issue in their relationship if they can't come to a compromise.
They need to talk about it really.

I think she just needs to talk to him about it and tell him how that comment made her feel. Maybe then they can work something out. I don't think you can kiss someone too much.
