Consult with a veternarian....You may need to change the dogs diet....Make sure the pup is stays full of water....the pup is loosing fluids as he is throwing up and having bowl movements...Good luck!

take him/her to the vet. and make sure the dog isn't eating something out in the grass. recently had that problem with my shih tzu

our dog had this problem. She had a very delicate stomach. and we had given her doggy beef jerky treat. well it upset her stomach each and every time she got it. So we only feed her lamb and rice food and lamb and rice treats. It solved our problem
