Anyone can get breast cancer, it's just more prevalent in women. It doesn't matter if you suffer from gynecomastia (condition of large breasts on a man), you still run the same risk of getting breast cancer as any other man would. Only about 1% of all diagnosed breast cancers are in men.
Overall, 14 out of every million african american men will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and 8 out of every million caucasian men will be diagnosed with breast cancer. The numbers are slightly higher in nations where excessive estrogen can cause liver disorders.

Yes, but it has nothing to do with the fact that you have excess fat which gives you the appearance of breasts, the cancer is in the breast tissue, which is there- fat or no fat.

Anyone can have breast cancer. The important thing is to be diagnosed early. I am a twelve year survivor. If I had not had the mammogram I probably would have died 5 or 6 years ago. Don't be embarrassed, just get to a doctor if you are worried about it.

Even without big boobs, guys can have breast cancer. It isn't common, but it's very serious when it happens.

Men can get breast cancer. It is rare, but it can happen. However, it has nothing do with the "size" of ur breasts. A man who is well built with a muscular chest can get it to.

Men can get breast cancer with or without the fat that we both have. TV Talkshow Host Montel Williams had it for example.

every guy can even the skinny ones like me can get breast cancer it is more likely to happen to women but yes

Actually, chubby or not all men can have breast cancer. Just as you do self checks for testicular cancer, it would do no harm to do monthly self-check breast exams. You can ask your doctor for information, and it would be best to also ask him/her about your specific cancer risks. Best Wishes!
