Watch this video: (WMV or MOV)

Doesn't this make you question your global warming claims? There's plenty of evidence in the videos. I'm not asking you to believe the video, but at least watch it, and think about it. If it doesn't make you question your current claims, I don't see how you could possibly be listening to the evidence.

Anyway, what do you think?

Oh I definitely believe it doesn't exist.

I watched all the videos and didn't learn much new. They spend a lot of time saying how temperature hasn't really gone up. I agree.

They said that we should not spend billions of dollars to reduce CO2 emissions. I agree.
But I think we should spend billions to reduce our dependence on oil, because it is running out and the remaining reserves are in politically unstable regions.

They spent some time saying increases in CO2 were no problem. I do not agree.
CO2 levels have fluctuated between 200 and 300 PPM for 400,000 years, but have gone up to 380 PPM today and will reach 400 PPM in another 15 years at the present rate of increase. We cannot let that rate of increase go on for ever. The Video says increases of CO2 concentration of 2, 3, 4, or even 5 times would not have a detrimental effect on the Earth's biosphere. That implies concentrations more than 5 times current ARE detrimental. We have maybe a thousand years until we pass the 5 times mark at the current rate, but the rate has been increasing. If we run out of oil and use more coal it will increase faster still since coal has more carbon content than oil. The point is that we have to pay attention to CO2, it is not something that "there is no need to concern ourselves about" as it says in part 4.

Wow! So you are sold on these experts testimony! So we should all be relieved! Whew! Ok, that's all fine and dandy, BUT (notice BUT is capitalized and "but" also negates the previous statements), Exxon Mobile has a little secret they don't want you to know. They fund certain people through various ways to get "professional opinions" which are slanted in their favor. And, guess who was on their list? The people whom you have represented on your post.

Congratulations, you've given me the opportunity to expose a few more of Exxon's schemes to continue business as usual. Do the world a favor. LEARN what makes the world go round. It's not always what you think. $$$$$$$$$ have an enormous impact on "opinions."

While I'm at it I'll just add another little piece of information about the administrations attempt at altering climate research information:

The website is full of obsolete theories, misunderstandings of the data, selective data reporting, half-truths, confusion, and out right lies. The links posted below debunk most if not all of the baloney reported on that site. I would be very interested to know which oil company funds that site by the way. It is a very slick and professional looking piece of propaganda.

This is a prefect example of the oil industry and its few intellectually corrupt allies attempt to sow doubt and confusion.

Sorry you fell for it.

If you have the guts to follow the links below you will see how thoroughly you have been mislead.

have you ever taken into consideration that the phenomenon called global warming doesnt exist? i know that sounds pretty radical... but i read this book by michael crichton 'state of fear' and in it he presents a pretty solid case saying that global warming doesnot exist.... i even did some research on my own and now i just believe that its all just plain nonsense... check out this site for some details supporting my views....

Well, it sure is a great relief! Makes sense, totally. Our policies now are more directed towards gain, than to what really is science...
