My wife wants me to cook something with Sauerkraut, any suggetions what would be good with it?

If you want to go real German.....Bratwurst and sauerkraut,Ham and Sauerkraut or Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut.Also try to add a small can of Crushed pineapple and Crunchy Bacon to your Kraut

Mom used to Bake several pork chops over a bed of sauerkraut, that was always good. Dang! that sounds good, haven't had that in a while, Well I'm off to the store! good luck!.
