Of course. Darker skin has more melanin in it. This means it takes a bit longer for the skint to burn (melanin is a natural barrier to the harsh effects of the sun - which is why if you're black, and are super anal about wearing sunscreen you will have beautiful skin as you get older - with few wrinkles).
All skin can be damaged by the sun, nobody is immune! So, although us pale folks are more aware of horrendous burning, people will all shades of skin need to slather up!

It depends on how light a "black person" is. If you are a Shemar Moore type you will get burned because you have less melanin. But real black people like Wesley Snipes or darker won't get sun burn. Don't let these people fool you. Notice how they are all on the same team.

Yep of course, not so easily though. Esp if you have lived in the UK all your life and your skin is not used to the sun.
Your skin does have some protection against the sun, but not total protection

been told they can but never met a black guy who has, love to see the result. come to think of it why do blacks sunbath in the first place, getting burnt and crying with pain for days then having your skin peel off is a white thing.
also if you moonbath the reverse happens and you turn white, thats why eskimos change colour every 6 months

Yes! I did! I was on a ship looking out the window for quite awhile,it was semi-cloudy out, then I went inside to do something or other, after awhile, I went in to the bathroom to wash my face when I noticed something on my nose and proceeded to rub it off with a washcloth. My nose started to hurt like hell! I went to somebody and told them about my nose hurting and they just laughed and said " you got sunburned"! Boy!! Was I embarrassed! I never got one before. That was the first time.

I'd say yes, and since their skin is darker, it will get hotter. But they are humans just like all the rest of us, and they also have skin. I would use sunscreen and even wear lighter clothing.
