When you get excited often but never get the release. Your ball will ache because they are full and getting more full every time you get excited.

When I was younger, had to go a week without getting off. They ached and pained non-stop at that point and when finally able to get intimate with the girlfriend, I had to tell her to leave them alone...no fondling, sucking, slapping etc. She took care of me in other ways and it took 3 ejacs to stop the ache.

Well I tried jumping into a bath tub with ice. It didn't work
