I started using Hair Formula 37 about a week ago. I'm taking it along with Viviscal Woman and I've already seen noticeable growth in my hair (got my hair cornrowed 2 days prior to starting the supplements so I could get a clear visual of the growth). I'm not sure if its because I'm taking the HF37 with the Viviscal or if I would have gotten the same results using just the HF37. I will continue to monitor the growth.

I heard nothing but good things about the product. The only con I heard is that it can get pricy over time. BTW I believe this product contains shellfish so if you are allergic, avoid it.
