Man's reasoning is why the world is in such a mess, and why it is condemned to destruction. Man's wisdom can never exceed the wisdom of God because man's wisdom is guided by pride, which is sin. Instead of putting down our Bibles we need to pick them up more often. Remember, men did not write the Bible. Men recorded God's revelation by the power of the Holy Spirit. The Books of Genesis and Exodus were revealed after the fact, which is known as reverse prophesy. As long as people trust worldly thinking, their lives will remain a mess. Jesus loves us all and wants all of us in his kingdom. The fate of the world is already sealed. All we can do is obey God's word and avoid his final judgment, which is condemnation to hell for all eternity.

Yes and when I do I see the majesty of the Bible. When one doesn't read, know, or understand it, then yes its easy to think little of it but when on studies it with "reason" its an astonishing book and able to make one wise unto salvation. It does indeed reveal good news.

I think and reason for myself; I'm not a mindless robot. I also there is right and wrong.
I used to do things my way but I learned it only got me into serious trouble. I learned that folowing Jesus' leading is a whole better. Yes, I still make mistakes, but His way is sure better. I have a peace and joy that I didn't have before.

Well, anything else is just 'philophosical and empty teachings of men' that just blows and drifts in the wind. Teachings that has no beginning or end. But sure I'll hear what you got to say.

"Come now, and let us reason together," says the Lord,
"Though your sins are like scarlet,
They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be as wool."

Isaiah 1 v 18.

In Him I live, and move and have my being.
The live by the Word of God, and I dare not put it down.
He is more than life to me.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have eternal life.

God tells me in His Word that He knows my every thought. Psalm 139 v 2
