Yup! Although we cheat and use Bisquick to make them, so they are not really "from scratch." I like to add banana to the mix so we have banana waffles. We have one of those $5 Walmart Black Friday special waffle makers (only makes 2 at a time), so it is a bit time-consuming. But we make a whole batch and then what we don't eat, we pop into the freezer - they still taste great when put in the toaster oven later that week!

Yep. I do. About every other week we have waffles for dinner that I mix up from scratch, not the frozen kind. My waffle iron sits out on the counter all the time.

I do, just about every Sunday morning. I have the best recipe, given to me by my grandmother...the waffles are crispy on the outside, and fluffy and soft on the inside. So good! Waffles, nice side of bacon, some melon...YUM!
