No, I don't.

In America, for example, (which is the epitome of 'the west') it's still illegal for gay and lesbian marriage about everywhere.

We believe in the will of the majority. Some oppose gay marriage with the same arguments Islam and Moslems would give. Some want gays to have full rights.

We vote, and 'debate' the topic, and eventually it's either adopted or rejected. It's how our system works. You may not like the issue, but the system is something to be proud of. If you had this system, you could all easily outlaw gay marriage.

As for children, most usually they don't move out, never to be heard from again. Most families remain pretty close despite living apart. Again in America we have a sort of view: 'you have to make it on your own merit.' Kids leave home to prove their worth, to accept the struggle of growing up and becoming a responsible adult.

You don't have to agree with this philosophy or the way we do things, but we CLEARLY do not do them in an attempt to ruin familes and lives. I don't know anyone who loves their dog more then their children.

On another note, you use the word 'christian' as if it's the way the West works. First consider that there are dozens of Christian sects. Catholic, Protostant, CJCLDS, Episcopilian, ect.
Second, remember that our national policy is set by the government, NOT the churches, and the two opperate seperately.

The catholic church, for example, refuses to recognize gay marriages.

Whoever you are, I think it's sad that you are either that ignorant to basic sociopolitical ideology, or just that desperate to generate points for answers/questions that you would subject some very possibly curious persons to the approach you're fixated on. Who turned on your pc for you? To Anyone keeping track of this user's comedy, Please don't let Haroon8 direct you to respond negatively to Muslims who don't share his lack of view or neanderthal comments. As the large words may have stumped Haroon8, he may need to go on a misspelled rant to appear as if he knows what I just said, Peace be unto you all while you are subjected to it...
