Everyone hits a plateau in their fitness routine because your body adapts and becomes accustomed to repetitive movement and work. You need to continually change your work-out regime.
Make sure you're mixing your cardio, strength training, and basic exercises on alternate days. Change your intensity, reps, weight (not too much) and type of exercises you do so that your body does not become comfortable.
By keeping your body thinking and working, you'll see consistent and steady results.
Good Luck :)

Yeah, I've lived this one. Ok there are a few options here:
1) reduce the amount of calories you intake by 200 a day
2) increase the amount of activity you do per day to 1.5 hours
3) increase the number of sessions of activity you do each week
If you can do all the weight will continue to drop off. This happens as your body gets used to whats going on. So you need to shock it a little. Maybe change your routine a little. Try some high impact sessions and include running for 1 hour 3 times a week.
Good luck just be persistant and you will reach your goal.

Double check. If you are still losing inches, then keep doing what you are doing, and don't worry about it.
Suggestions are too many to present here. One suggestion that pops into mind is one that a friend got from her personal trainer - go off your diet for one day. Don't overeat (volume wise), but don't stick to it. When I heard about that advice, my brain (based on my readings in diet and exercise) said the body may be asking for some nutrients that are present in fat, that you may not be getting, depending on your diet.
My suggestion would be to go get some almonds, peanuts or cashews and enjoy (not the whole can at once though).
In other words, a healthy varying of your diet or exercise plan may get you over the plateau.
Best of continued success.

Well all of us have a set internal body weight that our bodies want to be at. But to get over the plateu, try to vary your diet and exercise routine. You may also be experiencing water retention. Further, check to see how your clothes fit; although you may not see a reduction on the scale, you maybe just building muscle and toning up (muscle weighs more than fat).

I think of that the slender quickly loss became into basically water loss - try doing a distinctive workout - possibly cycling - to alter issues up. Your physique has a tendency to adapt and meaning you burn fewer energy. that's transforming into greater powerful - yet it is slowing down your loss. changing what you consume won't result as a lot of a transformation as increasing the intensity of your exercises. possibly try some weight resistance training - you're able to do pilates or yoga - the two considered one of which use the bodys very own weight to augment and tone.
