Its not a question of "if" Jesus comes back... It should be when?
Think about this the next time you turn on the news station...

"Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ, ' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. "Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. [Matthew 24:4-14]

And every eye shall see him even the ones on this site that has said such horrable lies about him. He will judge them for every evil word that has come forth from their mouths.

As for your question?? They will have no other choice than to listen for he is King of Kings!! The bible says they will hide from him but there will be no place to hide. With everything going on in the world right now the signs are all there.... We need to pray for people that dont believe in him before its too late and their souls will spend eternity in hell.

If Jesus came tomorrow. The only people that will hear Him ,is His sheep. Jesus will NOT be on earth, the next coming. There is NO 2ND chance.

Rapture is the 2ND coming, it will be too late. Jesus will be in the air.

Revelation (Reveal) is the 3rd coming, Jesus will be on earth with a sword. He won't be here to sign up, a few good men looking for a lifetime career.

There are several things. Firstly, several people would laugh their heads off at him for his attire.

Secondly, he would be sectioned as a seriously delusional schizophrenic with a "god" complex, and The more he protested, the more medication he would find himself receiving.

Thirdly, some people may believe in him and Christianity would divide again into a new denomination of individuals who believed in the second coming, ad believed it was He!

Then there would be the Parapsychologists, magicians/illusionists and paranormal investigators who would check out any miracles he performed to work out "how he did them".

Then there would be the psychologists and behaviourists who would give him lie detector tests and study him in depth.

Mostly I think people would just think he was a nut job, and if he did prove himself to be able to perform miracles, they would believe he was an illusionist.

There is little pure fave without scepticism now, even within religion. There is too much oddity in this world.

It would depend entirely on what level of miracle he could work.

For example, if he shut down the internet and stopped all vehicles from working, then everyone would know something odd was going on and listen to him.

If he just casually strolled into your local TV station and said, "I'm Jesus. I've come back." then no, that wouldn't get people to listen.

It will take a miracle.

That is nothing to be concerned about. The REAL concern would be what this all-powerful magical dude would do when he addresses what people have been doing and saying IN HIS NAME while he has been away. He's start with the preachers, and follow up with their minions, in the most amazing butt-kicking and dope-slapping this world has ever seen. Then, he's thank the rationalists, for trying to keep the world sane... even though they failed.

I think people would listen to Him, yes.

I think if Jesus came back tomorrow, most people would be in a world of hurt. I am certain that non-believers would start believing REAL quick!!

I would welcome him on bended knee!!!

People take the return of Jesus too literally.
It is said that Jesus will return to save us.
It is said in the Bible "In the beginning was the word, and the word was God". Also The Father, The Son(Jesus) and the Holy Spirit is One. Jesus is therefore God.

So when the Word of God (The word is Jesus) comes to you, that is when Jesus comes to save you. He therefore comes to us every day. It's up to me and you to decide whether we allow him in our lives.

I'll leave Answering this one to the Late Great Woody Guthrie.

Jesus Christ was a man who traveled through the land,
A hard working man and brave.
He said to the rich "Give your goods to the poor."
But they laid Jesus Christ in His grave.
Jesus was a man, a carpenter by hand,
His followers true and brave,
One dirty little coward called Judas Iscariot
Has laid Jesus Christ in His grave.

He went to the preacher, He went to the sheriff,
He told them all the same,
"Sell all of your jewelry and give it to the poor,"
But they laid Jesus Christ in his grave.

When Jesus come to town, all the working folks around
Believed what He did say,
The bankers and the preachers they nailed Him on a cross.
Then they laid Jesus Christ in His grave.

The poor workin' people, they followed Him around,
They sung and they shouted gay,
The cops and the soldiers, they nailed Him in the air,
And they laid Jesus Christ in His grave.

Well, the people held their breath when they heard about His death,
And everybody wondered why,
It was the landlord and the soldiers that he hired,
To nail Jesus Christ in the sky.

This song was written in New York City,
Of rich man, preacher and slave,
But if Jesus was to preach like He preached in Galilee,
They would lay Jesus Christ in His grave.

I thought Ike (of Turner and Ike) already declared that he was Jesus, and nobody listened to him. Without obvious and undenyable miracles I doubt if he would hold sway with most people.
