If windows is like cars and crashes happen often macs would be like an airplane. It is safer to travel but when it crashes, there are no survivors.

Yes. By all means. I have one installed inside my keyboard. It panes me to say this, but Windows crashes all the time. Maybe it is because I have too many drivers in my system.
