According to this website, Spanish is ranked #4, with 425,000,000 speakers, while Italian is #24 with 61,000,000 people speaking that language.

I guess we have to remember that Spanish is spoken in a number of different countries while Italian is primarily spoken by people in Italy.

French,Spanish and English is spoken more often than the other languages around the world. but depending on the origin of the country, the dialect of the pronunciation may change. There are different ranges for those languages. The only languages that doesn't change is Russian, German,etc...

It isn't and it can't be for simple reasons:
it's spoken in Italy only and by people who emigrated to places around the world, but they can't speak Italian there, apart from among their family, relatives and friends.
Spanish is spoken in Spain and in several parts of America, mainly south American countries, and is becoming one of the most important foreign languages, studied in many countries.
I am Italian myself but I notice that sometimes factories and producers don't even translate the label of their products into Italian while it's translated into other languages, including Spanish.

Based on the number of people who speak it as their native language:

Spanish - 332 million people
Italian - 61 million people.

Ofcourse there's more people speaking at NOT as their mother tongue, but I think it is fair to say that of these two languages Spanish is known by more people.

I don't think so. Spanish is becoming the second (or third, if count Chinese in) most widely spoken foreign language in the world and besides it is widely spoken as a native tongue as well.
