I would say Subway, simply because its the better out of both Subway & Mcdonalds and I havent heard of FastTrax so can't rate that one.

Hi,
Subway is value for money and is good for health too. Mcdonalds, is OK but the quantity is too less. Also, subway is having good options for vegetarians while in mcdonalds, options are too few. I have no idea about fasttrax.

The success of McDonalds in U.S is due to its placement. I mean whenever you feel hungry and would look for a restauant, you would find a Mc.D nearby, not that its verygood but it serves the purpose. Subway is actually better and healthier... and FastTrax??? haven't heard of it. Oh yeah.. they have opened a Mc.D recently in Hyd, India and there was like a long queue outside it... now thats what you call a brand Image!!!

Subway is healthiest (in most cases), but McDonald's is good hangover food.
I've never heard of FastTrax

Subway since they started toasting and melting the cheese, that Tuscan Chicken is awesome, or even better is a Southwest Chippotle Steak on Garlic bread but use Tuscan Sauce instead.
