You have to decide which is your priority: Healthy Gums or White Teeth or Fresh Breath or added Flouride or simply Clean Teeth! Why not mix them all together to make 1 tube that does it all it would be far easier.

Its all gimicky anyway. All toothpaste should have fluoride, all toothpaste will help clean your teeth, your gums and teeth will be clean if you brush properly irrespective of what toothpaste you use, and you'll get fresh breath with most toothpastes because 99.9% are minty. The only thing they don't all have is whitening. But then again if you don't brush your teeth they can go pretty mucky, so perhaps they all whiten to some extent. but thats mainly just brushing the food off your teeth.

Colgate total is the best..
for me anyways.

.whitening toothpaste are very abrasive they do more damage than you think...

try a toothpaste with fluoride in it that's the best way to go about it.... if you brush twice a day floss and use mouthwash you should have no trouble with gum disease.. and you should have fresh breath if your teeth and gums are healthy..

plus a healthy diet of course

They don't make just one tooth paste because people like to have a choice! Not having a choice/variety to chose from would be the same as:

* Everyone driving a '85 Ford Escort.
* Everyone wearing kaki pants and a white shirt.
* All fast food restraunts selling the same food.
* All men having women that look alike.
* All women having men that look alike.

Variety...is the spice of life!

isnt it like asking for a burger which contains everything in the world.........takes like bacon and curry and sushi and chinese.

many of the components interact if mixed together.......they are chemicals after all.

best bet is to use a fluoride tooth paste and an antibacterial mouthwash along with floss.......all is then well.

i like the arm & hammer toothpaste. It doesnt flavor like candy, yet thats why i think of it relatively works so nicely, via fact it makes a speciality of what you elect, no longer the flavor and all that solid stuff. examine that one out, and mouth wash Peroxal.

Darling, it's all about money... They'd rather you bought one of each...

Greed....

(Do you think the people who make the toothpaste have the best teeth ever because they make combination ones for their own family and friends???)

They do - its is just that so products have more of a focus on one or more things therefore they highlight the major benefit of the product.

because they want us, the consumers, to keep spending our money. if they made a toothpaste that could do it all, then their sales would go down on their other products, which means their total sales in all would go down.
