as a bar Mitzvah'd Jew i came to believe the Jewish scriptures-Moses said we have to have a blood atonement for sins-Leviticus 17 vs 11, Isaiah showed how Yeshua-hebrew for Jesus -the Messiah fulfilled it-Isaiah 52 vs 13--53vs12-he would be exaulted but first marred more than any man-and be the anointed one the Messiah-and lay down his life rejected to be our blood atonement for man-and i believe the Jewish writers do u? and Jesus said he stands at our heart door and knocket-to come in and deliver from sins and be our friend Revelation 3 vs 19&20 so i prayed "Jesus come into my heart-forgive my sins and be my friend-amen" and he so did that too- should i not believe them?

Jesus himself was a Jew, remember? All the first Christians were Jews. The Apostles were Jews. His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary was a Jew girl.

Ever hear of Messianic Jews....Jews who do believe in Christ?

God Bless you....

P.S. Hey, researchtissue....try again... Yeshua is Jesus...you're thinking Yawah...not Yeshua

slow it down. You have some things wrong here. Yeshua is hebrew for god, not jesus.

Jews do not accept Jesus as the messiah because:

1) Jesus did not fulfill the messianic prophecies.

2) Jesus did not embody the personal qualifications of the Messiah.

3) Biblical verses "referring" to Jesus are mistranslations.

4) Jewish belief is based on national revelation.

At the end of this article, we will examine these additional topics:

5) Christianity contradicts Jewish theology

6) Jews and Gentiles

7) Bringing the Messiah

Is it only stories or is it real? I believe that Isaiah did point us to Jesus. Many do not understand, and believe that Jesus was only a rabbi, and a "good" man. Many people have only an intellectual understanding of scripture, but I believe the same Holy Spirit that led David, the prophets and the disciples (after Jesus returned to God) has revealed truth to you. There is a burden that one lives under when trying to live perfectly under the law. No one could be perfect enough to reach God's standard by living a human life. We are sinners and will always fall short of God's standard. He created the law to show us that.

If you believe this, then by all means you should believe in Jesus as the culmination of the prophecies as foretold by Moses and Isaiah. Remember, the first Christians were Jewish, so don't let that hold you back. As many of the Apostles did, you can stay faithful to the old ways while still believing in Christ.

Jesus did fulfill the prophecy's in the scriptures. I believe there is a group called Jews for Jesus. The old sacrifices covered sin, that's why it had to be continually done. Jesus made atonement... He did it once and for all. All we have to do is accept Him.

No, you should use your brain and think.

Only then will you understand.
You see some clever blokes in the middle-east thousands of years ago realised they didn't have a clue how things worked, why we were here or what our purpose was. They also realised that no one else did either so they "Made Up" a God. It was a convenient cover-all answer to all the big questions and it helped them control their growing civilisation with a Mixture of some common sense rules and the OH SO NASTY stick and carrot of the Afterlife.

Humans are just Apes; death IS the end; the world is unfair.
Get used to it. It all just makes more sense.

YOU observed the mild!!!!!! and do not let a number of those human beings ever turn you faraway from the reality.

Christianity was actually offered to the Jews first then to the Gentiles. Your ethnicity doesn't matter. Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and our Savior.
