The whole christian "family" has decreed that ALL non-members of their lunatic sect is evil and will go to hell. Also, only a select few of their own idiot "club" is free from Satan (those who live for jesus every waking moment). Is that how it works?

Well, there are certainly a number of so-called Christian sects who preach such arrant nonsense, but NO! It's not true.

Man was created by God (the how, for this question, is irrelevant). All that God does is good. Therefore Man is intrinsically good.

But Man fell (again the how is irrelevant). And his nature is now a fallen nature. So Man can DO evil.

And many, sadly, do it with a will.

That doesn't make them evil, just their actions. It'll cost 'em down the road, but that's their problem.

As to why intelligent Christians do NOT believe that the un-baptized go straight to hell............

God operates within eternity; a condition where all of time exists as NOW. Therefore everything God does reverberates throughout time, including salvation. Since you are currently in time's stream, if you have not been baptized when you "put off this earthly coil", you will enter eternity and the first thing you'll see is Jesus, hands outstretched, big welcoming smile as He speaks, "Come. Follow me." The choice is yours.

I personally don't think that anyone is evil at all God loves all just the way we all r and I try to live my life that way. no one is free from satan he tempts even us Christians the only difference is we have a way out and that's Jesus Christ who died and rose again for all. We all fall short of Gods glory we all go thru things we all stumble for christians what we all should do is repent meaning turning away from and try our best not to do the things we were doing.
the only difference between a christian and a non believer is where they spend eternity and that's everyone's individual choice. God never intended hell for us. It was for satan and his followers. But when garden of eden happened that's where sin came in. There always had to be a blood sacrifice in the OT it was animals in the NT it's Jesus. That's why He is the way the truth and the life. There is no other name besides Jesus in which man can be saved.
I hope this helps

No, I know ALL people aren't "evil", but we ALL do bad things. That's one of the sad things about hell; that you can be a pretty "good" person by the world's standards, but you'll still end up there if you reject God.

And we're not all "lunatics" - many of us are real and nice and perfectly decent people; I'm sorry you've had to experience some Christians who don't know that they're really turning souls off. But I don't think any of us are "free" from Satan and his demons - the devil hates us all! By messing with Christians, Lucifer is often able to convince non-believers that we ARE "lunatics" and "idiots".

Actually what was said is that there is NO ONE who is perfect. No one, not even christians. Only a select few people, who we also agree to be ignorant idiots actually claim that people who are not Christians are simply evil. They are called hypocrites. I stay away from them too, just like you. I've had some really terrible moments with them. But you always have idiots who grab onto any bandwagon. There are plenty of idiots who are Athiests. Doesn't mean all of Athiests are idiots, does it?

But you're not exactly proving any points by calling us lunatics. Aren't you saying that it angers you that you have been pre-judged by someone who doesn't even know you? Well you are doing exactly that.

Well, to say that people are evil is actually mentioned first in the Torah the Jewish book. So to say that Christians are the only ones who believe all-non members are going to hell is a bit biased. Is it really idiotic to want to live as a christian when the foundation of Christianity is love. Whats wrong with being nice to people?

This question is a mass overgeneralisation and represents the reason why people don't get along and argue about petty things that are false.

1.) You can't speak for all Christians. You have no proof that every Christian thinks this.
2.) This is a complete overgeneralistion which means it is not only irrational but false.
3.) It is irrational thought like this that you dislike yet you are also doing it. As such you are similar to these fanatics in that you are not thinking clearly about thr reality of the situation.

My, my, my....

I haven't decreed that ALL non-members of the lunatic sect will go to Hell. BUT, the BIBLE does say that we are to repent of our sins and accept Jesus Christ as our personal savior. Those Christians who judge you for being "Atheist" (that is what your name reads), aren't being very Christian-like them selves.

I invite you to read the Bible. Romans 10:9-13. That is my favorite part of the Bible.

Everyone has questions about Christianity, and God and how it all came about.

I am not going to judge you, but according to the Bible, there is a place being prepared for me, and I look at it like this...

If I am wrong about God, I have nothing to lose. If I am right, then I have gained everything.

Well as in all religions there is quite a degree of opinion I guess. Everyone translates stuff into different meanings. I am christian but I do not beleive that only a select few of us will be saved. That is ridiculous. I also do not judge those that are beleive different from me. The bible tells us not to judge others. So true christains should be humble and never judge or belittle someone in what they beleive. They can try to sway your oppinion but it should always be in a kind non judging way. I dislike christians who give true christians a bad name.

Hey, they are only saying what God has told them to warn the world about. As for not being free from Satan, being a christian and having that apply to you at the same time is impossible. Of course I am not christian (I decided to make my own religion. I still worship the same god, I just have different beliefs because of logic gaps in christianity.), but I used to be.

If you will look at a Bible, you will find that all have sinned, and fallen short... . But if you call upon the name of the Lord (Jesus) you will be saved.
Read John 3:16, and Romans 10:9,10 to start with. If you aren't saved, you will be condemned. As others have said, I don't think you are evil, but misguided.
