its a paradox...
its like "I am a liar"
arguments: i am a liar, would you believe me if i tell you that i am a liar
there is no answer in that paradox because each time you sided for one argument you will end up running in circles defending your argument and attacking your opponent's for hours with no decisive result.

'every phrase i say is false'
if all phrases are false, then this one is true and thus contradicting itself, since it says all are false => this one is false...
if there is a true phrase somewhere, then this one is false
so the answer is to your question is FALSE

In logic, phrase is usually defined as "a claim that may be recognized as true or false".
This phrase cannot be recognized as true neither as false, thus it's not possible to give an answer to your question.

there's no answer. you would think that everything you say is a lie so that the every phase part is a lie too but if everything you say is false, why are we supposed to believe the "every phrase i say is false" part?
