C - Because Hitler was interested in the war for a long time and sex would of been furthest from his mind. Also, didn't he after the war get married and then approx. 3 days later kill himself? There wouldn't of been much of a sex life to write about there, so I vote for C. Good question by the way. Got me thinking a bit :-)

B) Because I know some Germans that are funny as hell and we all know about Adolf in the fishnets with the pineapple but if you stripped the English food of all the French influence then they have jack left.

C. definitely. The only purpose this book would have is to give a n insight to his twisted conceptions of the world. I would much rather read about bubble and squeak.
