You might try your local Asian grocery. They usually carry a large supply of dishes etc in some back corner but you'll have to ask. They also know where to locate items since they often supply things for Asian restaurants.

Try Meidiya at Liang Court. Outside the main supermarket, where the japanese restaurants are, they sell pots and plates and cutlery and bento trays.
