Ironically, Kansas has a very good law: 5,000 signatures will seat a Grand Jury. However, it needs to be sequestered, because these people are extremely dangerous and will assault and/or kill informants and opponents. I've experienced this first-hand.

Please don't comment about Bush and the war. This is more important, because it is in the domestic homeland.

I'm sorry, but i dont believe it. Unless you are referring to authorizing undercover sales in order to build a case against a distributor.
