Original sin came about because Adam and Eve took what was obviously bait. They made up their own minds for once in an un-slavelike manner and thus mankind was doomed for having a "forefather" (and foremother) who were not satisfied with being dumb animals.
God, referred to as Jesus' father and arguably his other evil schizophrenic personality, told him to die in agony or the world's entire population is going to get torched for failing a test of perfection that can't be passed and is supposedly our fault.

For me to be a better person than u or the opposite there has to be a test
Our human imperfection inhereted from Adam & Eve is the reason some of us might fail. Those are our 'worst'
The tree was a typical example like those u find in most study notes, like a problem followed by its solution; a warning, a sin, then a repent. Lesson learned?? now u r on your own
This is the very reason the tree had to exist. It's for man to learn the truth by doing (what right is, what wrong is; who the enemy is;...) and u r ready now to live on earth
Ah and by the way I'm Muslim and we don't call it the original sin and we don't believe that we are all born with it. We belive that none carries the sin of another. It was caused by the human weakness that we all share and is the opponent we all need to defeat

It was obviously NOT bait. Remember that God did not want them to eat that fruit, how he specifically told them not to eat it? The consequences of eating it were not just bad for mankind but for the whole of creation and even for God himself.
Also, Adam and Eve were not dumb animals when they were created. They were created in God's image, meaning they had his characteristics such as love, patience, INTELLIGENCE, creativity etc.
After God created the animals he brought them each to Adam so he could name them. He must have had quite a brain to remember all the names afterward....we're talking thousands of animals.....
As for Jesus death on the cross, God did not invent the cross, men did. Jesus had to die this kind of death because that was the method used t to kill criminals at the time.
God has never asked us to be perfect. He knows we can't be. He sent Jesus so we could become righteous through him..
It's not about being perfect but about being forgiven.

You obviously don't understand it for what it is, you twist it and pervert it into something evil. Adam and Eve did not know they were "dumb or smart" because they had no knowledge of good and evil. Just like animals don't now. This was all pre-planned though.
And as for Jesus, He was God in flesh form who humbled Himself to become like a mere man and live among us to better understand us and sacrifice Himself for us, the ultimate showing of His love.
These things are perfect and pure--not twisted as you say.

Because the whole story is false, wrong, untrue. And as for why not just accepting I have this to say: If we all just "accepted" then we would have NOTHING that we currently enjoy today like medicines, computers, enlightened ideas on humanity which oppose cruelty, language. Also we cannot "just accept" because it would be stupid to just close our eyes and stamp our feet saying "It's true, it's true, it's true" when plain as day that it is just a story

It is our fault because we cant bring ourselves to self discipline and obedience just like adam and eve.
ok forget about them (adam, eve, jesus) think of yourself, u may think you are so smart (not a dumb animal) yet you have no control over yourself!! you cant just admit there is a supernatural power that controls your breathing, digestion, fallin sick , movin limbs, legs etc etc etc. that why you alive and not dead!!!! it is our fault coz we dont realise this and always try to blame someone else just like you are doing!!!. It wasn't bait. It was freedom of choice. You see, God loves us so much, and He doesn't want to force us into a relationship with Him. He wants us to choose.
And I know Jesus' sacrifice for us was rough. But it had to be done. God takes our sin that seriously.

it does not make sense because they were just stories that were passed on for generations before being writtend down. They explained the unexplainable to early man who needed answers
