you are really underwieght.

A persons natural diet is omnivorous. You must
eat or consume some sort of animal protien
even if it is only milk and eggs.

Nutritionist. And there are nutrients
you simply MUST have. Also
the B12 from vegetarian sources

However if you are not opposed
to dairy and eggs those would be
probably enough.

Drink Unhomogenized, and preferably
Raw/unpasturized milk from a certified
organic farmer. Also consume plenty
of eggs, trust me they are healthy.
Cholesterol doesnt clog you arteries
Trans fat does.

The cholesterol theory is a myth.

Our own ancestors consumed large
amounts of saturated animal fat
and did not die from heart disease
and cancer. Saturated fat is on the low
but Heart disease is higher in the world
now than ever before in history.

So , unhomogenized milk and eggs
lots of it, it will NOT HURT YOU
They will make you healthy!Your body
needs fat believe it or not!

Also make sure and take cod liver oil
