Does coffee lose any caffiene if it has been sitting awhile?

If I make a pot of coffee at 6am, does it lose any caffiene by 7am?

No. The content of caffiene does not depend on the time you wait for.

No but the water and the chemicals of coffee Begin to separate and the caffeine becomes a little toxic that is why you get upset stomach on it...

No, it doesn't, but if you drink it after 12 hours, it can be very bad for your health

no but the sooner you drink it the better it taste.
