I am, I`m sorry for your very recent loss. There are many spiritual churches out there that can help you but, remember not everyone calling themselves a medium/psychic is what they claim to be. This is very raw for you still but, if you are adamant about seeing someone then make sure they give you information that only you would know:

1. what they did for work or study
2. how they passed
3. family members and names
4. dates for birthdays, anniversaries, passings.
5. what his personality was like etc.

Personal stuff only you would know. If they are any good they will even turn there back to you so they don`t pick up any clues from your expressions, you have already said he is younger than you, so be careful what you give away. a good medium will just want you to say yes or no. There are many churches in the local papers, most are at weekends. Please know that your brother is safe and in a better place and watching over you. Please don`t go and pay out lots of money to anyone or fancy sites, and bear in mind there is a fraudulent mediums act and now a deception act, so if you have no proof of life after death from them you don`t pay. The dead have no answers. It is biblical. I am very sorry for your loss but what you are looking for is not going to be found with a medium. I am really sorry for your loss. I am not really sure a medium would help you as most of their answers are general and not very helpful (basically mediums are a great scam). I am not saying that there is nothing left of the person's spirit after they have passed away but I don't believe they can be contacted through another person.
Let me tell you some things you could list for yourself and will hopefully manage to conclude your answer for yourself:-

Q. was your brother a good person?
A. yes. Then everything is ok and he is in peace.
A1. It is not possible for someone to be an absolute saint all the time even prophets made mistakes so when you answer this question not everything is white or black some things are grey. In anyway since you love your brother and are desperate to know from him even when he has passed away then take that as a sign that he was a good person.

Q. does he have any children whom he left behind?
A. yes. Then your brother is not completely gone cause nature has allowed us to reproduce as a way of leaving that little bit of us behind.
A.NO. you are still his sibling and therefore even more special as a little bit of him is a part of you as well.

The next question is a bit difficult as your grief is still so fresh in your mind but you asked for help so I am giving you the best part of my knowledge. I apologies before hand but please bare with me.
Q. has your brother's death been violent (through fire, murder or disease) or natural (heart attacks, old age etc.).
A. violent. It is considered in many religions (if you are religious person) that people who suffer through their life time and during their death are considered to have suffered enough and are not judged for their past sins.

A. natural. Natural deaths are considered through their merits in their life but it is also considered in many religions that the amount of people who love you in your life and miss you enough will pray your sins away for you. So the more people who love and miss him and think about how he is there is a prayer there in one way or another that is another sin washed away with the tides.

yes a spiritualist church would be a good place to start , be open minded and have patience as there are many reasons that things take time , please also see my link below
i would not give a reading on these boards and please be wary of anyone who gives you little pieces of info without giving you evidence that they do indeed have your loved one with them
by this i mean descriptions and personal information they could not know of

maybe get in contact with the tv stations who have those guys who get in touch with lost loved ones in the audience but be careful with Ouija boards if you follow others advice, they can be dangerous.
