If someone is violating the terms of use, then reporting them is exactly what she, and anyone else should do who don't want to see this site turn into a giant chat room/flame fest.
This site is intended for people to ask questions of others for the purpose of gaining knowledge. There are a ton of chat rooms out there. This is Yahoo! Answers.

It's not nice if it is not deserved but if the question or answer is deleted it must have been deserved. Anyway how do you know who is reporting you. That info is suppose to be kept confidential isn't it?
