When you say "girl friend", do you mean a girlfriend-girlfriend (lover) or a girl friend- as in a friend that is a girl?
If you're talking about a girlfriend-lover, then you are treading on a dangerous path. I cannot give you an answer on "how you can manage both a wife and a girlfriend" because in the society that I live in, a married man (or woman) having an affair with another person is considered moraly wrong. I do believe in that. (Of course, the society that you live in might have a different perception on that matter or you might have a different belief. I'm not condemn you or anything.) So, the only advice I could give you is to break up with one of them. Ask yourself which of the two you love more, which between the two you can't live without. Choose one and stick with her. If both of them find out that your having two relationships, you would be hurting them. In the end, you might lose both.
If you’re talking about a girlfriend as in a female friend and your wife is jealous about her (or vice versa), then you better sit down and have a one-on-one talk. Do it in a place where you would have some privacy and no distractions. Ask her why she is jealous of the other, what makes her jealous. Ask her on a way what she think will solve this. You compromise with her. Don’t immediately get mad at her and start shouting at her. Be calm when dealing with her.
Whichever the case you’re in, I hope my answer has been of some help. Of course, my answers are based from what I believe in and are only my opinions. The final choice still lies within you.

How can you manage? You mean, how is it possible to be a selfish, self-centered philanderer who is incapable of being trusted? How do you manage hiding from the promise you made to your wife and to God to love, honor, and cherish, by having the self-discipline of an animal in heat?
I would guess you're doing okay with that. I hope you're found out soon, before any children are victims in your wake.

Read "The importance of being Earnest" by Oscar Wilde, or better yet watch the film (takes 90 minutes tops). So long as there is not a book on adultery in the 'for dummies' series, this should be your holy book.
