- I want to ask about my situation -
I can descriple my self as not self centred i mean no longer getting contact with my abilities. I quit study,work for 5 years for hard time i went through. I was so depressed back then now i started to train my body. I always write down notes for my self ....notes of encounters i have in my daily life ( i do not know ) how to activate them seriously.
PLus i always has the expectation thing which bothers me alot.
They say expectation is frustration...is that right?
Plus i do things waiting for comments how i can i get in my own actions and sayings with out them? Someone told me you have to challenge your self so you can grade YOURSELF. But i have to boost the feeling of SELF first. Is there any kind of training for this? I hate the way i think toward things i do.
How Should i take (compliments) from other people and use them for MY SELF>??? inestead of taking them suprefacially:-(

people say put princible and commitments for your life.
I have not Achieve any thing within those 5 years and im now 24 years old.
