I have just bought myself a blender and I would like to try out some recipes, using veg, fruit, etc

It has to be healthy though!

I hope the blender was a 2 hp Vita Mix that takes a whole carrot and totally, I mean totally, liquefies it in ice or water or any other liquid.

1 Carrot
1 Apple
2 Bananas
3/4 cup Uncooked Oat Meal
Barbados Molasses (unsulphured)
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1 Handful of raisins
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder.
A couple of ice cubes.
Add liquid: water, juice, milk, whatever.
Turn on the Vita Mix until smooth. About 30 seconds.
That will fill you up for hours.

You can use orange juice instead of yoghurt. Kiwi fruit with peaches and strawberries is nice, just remember to peel the fruit for a really smooth smoothie!
