I am currently sitting on the fence on this....I myself has got some paranormal encounters before and is beginning to believe that there is something out there other than us humans....but whether they are ghosts or just residual mind waves left behind by the departed leaves me questioning....what about you?

i am a spiritualist medium so yes i believe the spiritual realm exists
there are ghosts ( and as you rightly explained they are residual energy )
but there are also spirit that can communicate via a medium and do live on after death
i don't believe in anything evil or negative coming through , as a medium who has studied both about the spiritual world and studied the paranormal i have came to the conclusion that human energy has a lot to do with what many have perceived as negative forces

certain, non secular realm exists. The door of the non secular realm may be considered as a white mild even as someone is lifeless. I totally beleive in the paranormal and spiritual world. When my Grandad died two years ago i had a few experiences which i believe was him. My Nan has now passed and i am just waiting for her to come back and visit me. I believe that she is too busy checking out her new surroundings right now though but she will come back to me eventually and when she does, i'll have so much to say to her, i just hope she shows herself long enough.

Yes, I absolutely believe that the spiritual realm exists. I feel there are many things that we just can't explain right now.
