deppressive symptoms cannot be labeled as a deppressive disorder to benefit from it according to the Diagnositic Statistical Manual, deppression have to include a certain number of symptoms persistent over a specific period, present in more then 1 situation. or else this would be unethical, clashing with APA guidelines
