never ever use pantene it puts a silicone coating on ur hair and eventually it will look oily and greasy for longer.
as for how much shampoo find ur smallest coin that is made in ur country and that should be the right size.

Shampoo has never cured any of problems associated with hair, whether its hair fall, greying of hair, split ends etc.

Use natural products such as curd, eggs. Or use boiled Azadirachtin leaves (also called neem leaves) to wash ur hair with. Coconut water is also a good conditioner for hair. Massage ur ahir with coconut oil and put warm towel over ur head for 10 minutes. this will open the pores in the head and giv hair roots the stonghold it needs

As far as shampoos are concerned, that will only help u in the short run but it does not giv u the gurantee to prevent hair fall. Choose the best option........

Garnier Fructis is really good for hair. I would buy a shampoo for oily hair, and a conditioner that moisturizes. Leave the conditioner on the ends of your hair longer than on your scalp, to help the dryness there.

get a shampoo for oily hair. when you wash apply the shampoo to your scalp and then work it down to the ends. use a conditioner only on the ends working it a little way up your hair but not near the scalp.

if I have to suggest you personally I would suggest you to try atleast once some natural or Ayurvedic (Natural herbes made therapies from INDIA) rather than using those chemical based shampoos and conditioners, they don't have any harmful side effects. I don' know from which country you belong to if they are available in your country then definately go for it. I'm sure they will definately have a cure for your problem as per my personal experience. I would go with Garnier or Pantene. If these don't help then see a doctor. It could be something else causing the problem.

i do have hairloss problem and after using pantene,i manage to control it. Maybe its not because of the shampoo. Stress do lead to hairloss and some other hair problems....
