Yo quiero que me laves todo el cuerpo.

Literally speaking I want you to wash my entire body.

The word lips is not mentioned anywhere unless you wish to interpret it that way.

Misspelling around here:

"Yo quiero que me laves todo el cuerpo" means I want you to wash all my body"

"Yo quiero que me lamas todo el cuerpo" means I want you to lick all my body

None of the above is right because your source is nearly illiterate. That's bad Spanish, awful spelling and a shameful token of the Spanish and Latin American culture.
It could be either: "I want you to wash my body" (first answer) or "I want your lips all over me" (as somebody else is suggesting) but again I don't get what your friend is trying to tell you. I'm a native speaker.

I want you to lick my whole body. LOL

After coming back and reading again your question.....I want you to wash my whole body. That was my mistake for being in a hurry and I apologize for giving wrong information.
