The rules in islam are not just for the mosque. Instead Islam is The way of life. It covers each and every corner of your life even how to rule. The problem is that none of the present islamic countries are strictly following it. Why? Because if they do, The US govenment will brand them as Fundamentalists. So they choose some aprt and then apply something else.

One of the country which implements Sharia Law is Saudi but even that does not follow sharia law 100%

Basically one of the prime reasons for most of the Muslim countries to be behind is the lack of implementing sharia law

So why are they not implementing ? Islam is a complete religion and a system it has instructions to humans from how to spit to how to sleep I have not seen a religion going to this extent to discipline people and to bring them uni from

When it comes to Islamic law it has some pre requests for example Islam prohibits drinking for a person who drinks it gives him lashes as punishment BUT before implementing such a law the Islamic government should make sure that liquor is not available so before this law all bars have to be closed no liquor should be available.

Now if you Analise countries in question cannot start implementing such things as they have traditionally become entangled with un Islamic culture if they can get the people to follow proper Islam they can implement the sharia law but it is going to be very difficult.

many of what is known as Muslim countries has a separate legislation between religion and state.. this separation happened many years ago through history and i think it is due to the occupation of each country.. because this occupation was by many foreign countries ( with different legislations) which had forced many legislation rules to the country it was occupying.. some of these countries could get loose of these legislations and find there own.. about some of these countries ( which is known as the closest to the Islamic one) Saudi Arabia for me is not applying Islamic ruling as seems to ..it is much of their own THINKING about Islam ..other countries altered from English or french systems to other Arab systems ( there neighbors sharing the same religion ) because their experience is still at onset
