Kashi has a new line of products and I like the Dark Chocolate\Cherry granola bar. It has some protein and is high in fiber. They taste really good and I like all the flavors, but this is the "candyest."

But, if ya gotta, ya gotta make it difficult at least. go to a health food store and buy yourself a dark chocolate bar with almonds. The bother and expense will make you take your time eating it. OR, WALK to the store just to buy that one candy bar.

It is just too easy to pick something up at the grocery store or gas station, you gobble it down, and it's over. If you are going to indulge or even self sabotage(and we ALL do it sometimes),you have to learn how to keep the damage to a minimum.
