a good question.
i love chocolate too, but you do not have to eat it all the time.
first chance your other nutrition habits. eat fruits and vegetables. try to eat slowly and not such amounts...
eat regulary. that means every three hours a little bit.. maybe an apple at 15:00, then you are not so hungry at all.
and choclate? say yourself you are allowed to eat a little bit on the weekend... then you will really looking forward to it, and its not so much..
execercise? it dont have to be jogging or extreme sports.. just walk more, use the fly of steps instead of the escalator..
small things will do it too..

Well if you don't stop what you doing and stay healthy you will always be obese. Exercise and eating more healthy food is the way to go and it's the only safe way to do. You need to kick your old habit and start thinking your future. Being obese is not only bad for your image but long term you might have bigger problems ahead of you.

you cant stop eating chocolate because its addicting. Stop eating it for 4 days and never buy it again. Replace it with fruits.
Then change your diet all together. Don't go on a "diet", it wont work... just change your eating.....
if you don't do this..... you can stay "very fatty".... or you can learn to make yourself throw up... its your choice.....

Learn to sew so you can keep making bigger clothes. Get used to getting tired easily. Get ready for diabetes, heart disease, and heart attack.
You can stop eating chocolate. Otherwise, you're one of those people who have to be removed from their homes through the walls by a crane or buried in a freezer crate instead of a casket.
Why are you wanting to kill yourself? Anorexics kill themselves by starving ; their lives seem out of their control---the only control they have is their food. People who get exogenously obese --- basically the same reasons.

substitiue for both , eat dark chocolate as it is less fatty and taste better , dance ur way to loosing weight.
join a salsa class or jazz class .
