I'd see your doctor before you start upping your bread intake and the like.
I had the same problem and it turned out I am Gluten intolorent and have Coeliac disease, I have an allergic reaction in my small intestine to wheat products. It's a lot more common than people realise, some estimate it affects 1 in 30 caucasians and one of the symptoms is frequent soft bowel movements.
In any case you should see your doctor to take a stool sample to ensure that you do not have a digestive tract infection.
hope this helps
Paul.

A Dr friend of mine told me that the correct consistency is actually like toothpaste! and that everyone is different, even variences in how often can range from 3 times a day to 2 a week, is nothing to worry about. Its more important however if its recently changed, if its suddenly gone softer/harder or frequency increases/decreases. Go to your GP to put your mind at rest, but try not to worry about it.

I keep in recommendations dealing with this with my daughter. there turned right into a time even as she changed into going each day and then for a lengthy time period went the different day. If she's no longer cranky and is passing gas, then that is nice. i'd call the medical professional if 3 or extra days bypass by using with no bowel circulate-only to be secure.

Eating the wrong types of food. Make sure that you eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and plenty of fibre as well.

This could be purely down to a change in your eating habits. However, if you are experiencing a sudden and prolonged change in bowel habits, then you should visit your doctor.

nothing wrong with that, it means you just have a healthy body...you need only worry if they get hard. But if it is worrying you, more fibre will help, more of the oat and wheat kind.

You could be sensitive to certain foods/liquids.
Only you can know.
If worried go and see your doctor and try not to cough. (hahaha).
