There are two issues here.

The first, "Are guys turned off if a girl talks about the bible?", depends on who you are talking about. Guys who don't believe the Bible, who are not Christians, think that Christians (or catholics)are no fun. They think that a "bible thumper" won't do certain things or go certain places (hopefylly they're right). Nothing kills the mood for some people like the "J" word.

As for the second, "he believes in God, but doesn't read the bible?" this is just an excuse to get you to stop talking about the Bible. Let me guess, "Com'on baby! Why u gotta be talking 'bout the Bible so much? I beleive in God just like u, but u don't see me talkin 'bout the Bible all day!"
If he says he Belives in God, but doesn't read the Bible that God inspired, well.....you do the math.

A) Guys who are as religious as you, probably not. But nobody thinks of the Bible as a big "turn on".
B) Plenty of good people believe in a supreme being but don't read the Bible. In fact, most religious people I"ve met don't read the Bible (even if they say they do). So don't sweat it.

One last thing: don't base an entire relationship solely on common religion. While it might be one important factor, it's not everything.

The last person I went with was a Jehovah's Witness. She never went to church thou. She was very dogmatic about her beliefs even thou the were not the same as other JW's. I can relate to other JW's but I could not talk to her about religion because she had no open mind. she would always either clam up or argue. I would like to find a girl with good principles but I am now turned off to anyone like her. I like talking about the bible but not like that.

Well, not a big drag down on it. but most guys are only focused on the, y'know, sinful tendencies and wont take time to talk about the bible and god. Me and my girl both take our religion very seriously, and yes we are of the same one. But the majority of dudes, big turn-off.

Depends how much she talks about it I suppose, and how closed minded she is to other ideas and religions.
