If yes, where in the world is it.In the bible, it stopped right there where Adam and Eve evicted because of their disobedience and then they multiplied and never mentioned again the Garden of Eden where and what happened. Can anyone point out what part of the world is it?

"Eden" most likely came from a Sumerian word for the plains and desert, "E.DIN". Some claim this word means "Abode of the Gods". So, that being said, if Eden existed, it would be in the Middle East, most likely Iraq. My own speculation is that it was Sumer itself, or where it was to take root. Now, what happened to it? If it had existed, perhaps it was destroyed, or brought to Heaven. I don't believe the bible myself, but I do love to speculate. I hope this helped.

Caveat: Religion is bunk.

That having been said, I think religion is often primitive man's attempt to deal with a dangerous and confusing world. Thus, many religious myths have a grain of truth to them. Take the myth of Eden. There is good evidence that part of the Sahara was lush, wet, fertile and a pleasant place to live not all that long ago (geologically speaking). Primitive man existed there. Look up "Wadi Sora." Or watch the English Patient. Cave paintings exist in the desert showing people living in a very lush environment. Then the climate shifted, and this area became the Sahara desert. It is feasable that this occurrence was recorded in the oral traditions of the tribes of the area, passed on through thousands and thousands of years, and eventually became the myth of the garden of eden. They felt that some "God" kicked them out of an idealized paradise. The flaming sword, or the burning sun? So, to answer your question, did the garden really exist? Sort of maybe.

Yes the Garden of Eden existed. It was located in present day Iraq. In Genesis chapter 2 there was a river that divided into four rivers. Two of the rivers are dried up now, the Pishon and the Gihon. the other two rivers are the Tigris (used to be called the Hiddekel) and the Euphrates. Satalite imagery of the area where the Tigris and Euphrates meet show the other two river bed that are dried up. This is the only spot in the world that the rivers meet up. As where exactly Eden was located in relationship to this four rivers is still in question. But we can assume that the Garden was located somewhere in Iraq. What happened to the Garden after the Fall is not exactly known. From scripture we know that God placed a flaming sword and Cherubims to guard the Tree of Life but as of now I am not sure. You have peak my interest though and I think I will look into to this subject further. Hope this helps and thanks. God Bless

The Garden of Eden is a story much older then Judaism or Christianity. It is originally a Mesoptamian ( Iraq) story and local legends have it as being near Basra or on the Island of Bahrein in the Persian Gulf

Yup, very likely it was where Iraq is now. The rivers mentioned (at least some of them) are in Iraq.

But the landscape isn't anything like what it was then, because the flood did a major work on the landscape of the whole earth since then (might also be what split up the "Pangea" into multiple continents as well). . there was major techtonic activity during the flood year.

No one knows and it cannot be proven or disproven. It comes from what we believe. I have wondered myself if it existed where is it today but that is something that will absolutely remain unknown. People have been trying to find it for years and years. People think it is in the middle east, some think it is in Turkey, some think it is in Iraq, etc. if it existed no one will ever know for sure where it is and no one will ever find it. I do agree with people that say if it existed and was found it would not be anything like it was in the bible as the flood destroyed it.
