Tension will lead to more hair fall...so the first thing is to relax...there are so many other problems in the world and you are tensed about a trivial issue...do the followings:

1. Get a through medical check up which will give you a peace of mind:
a. Thyroid
b. Hepatitis A,B & particularly C
c. Dermaititis (diseases like lichen planus pilaris may be a cause)
d. Alopecia Areta (in this case bald patches occur---but hair come back on their own after some time)

Do regular exercise...stop drinking...do meditation & Yoga....personal hygiene is equally important. Don't use normal Shampoos everyday and don't go to a unqualified doctor who advsises different kind of oils.

so get yourself a through check up and relax. If any medical problem then there are various treatments available...if no medical problem..cheers Up & relax!

first go n see the doctor......
try 2 change your shampoo maybe theres sumthin allergic 2 u
try 2 put any medicated shampoo
dont forget about conditioner...
if u still hav dat problem....
better get the advice from the doctor
