I have, but firstly should asked yourself why you need to detox?. I did caused well smoking, alcohol and etc. I would go on just soup diet for a week and just drink fruit juices (carrots, ginger, celery, beetroot and oranges) cleans the liver, stomach and etc. It replaced all the vitamins and minerals.

Detox is good, but rough as hell. You will like yourself better when it is done, but you will need professional help to do it.

drugs?
or toxins from food, etc?
